there is a stairway path along the mountainside where you can view hydrangea,,, you will be watching crowd of people when hydrangea is in full bloom.
according to the reports, YJ did not go up the path.

this is the photo of parking lot just outside Hasedera, there are shops and rest rooms at far building.... YJ got a popsicle and ate it at a bench in front of the building.
