treasurable item!! BYJ's torso

listed at Yahoo!Japan auction

the torso is said to be created by an undisclosed big-name artist.
(made in special order, costed at about 3million yen.)

originally owned by ad agency which helped to host the exhibit, then my friend whose wife is a real big fan of Yon-sama purchased it and kept it at his home.
but since they were moving away and did not know what to do with it, i had purchased it stored at a warehouse since last year.

bid start time: 11/22 22:42
bid end time: 11/29 22:15

as of 11/29 19:00
current price is 5,000yen with 23 bids

please note, it is heavy and special item, i cannot accept any claims and cancellation.

upon transit, you need to charter 2ton truck, the cost will be about 30,000-40,000yen in Tokyo area.
(charge will vary among the distance, it would cost about 130,000-140,000yen to carry to Kyushu area.)

It is quite heavy, so be careful where you put it. it would be wise to think it as a piano.
The torso itself is made from a special material covered with copper, it weighs about 50-60kg. and base is made of marble, it weighs about 300-500kg.

size are as below:
torso(external size) 800×1200×1000
base(external size) 500×500×400

as you can see, it is neatly packaged in wooden box, i was able to check the torso but base is nailed in the box i have not seen it.(you may need a proffesional help to get it out)

anyhow, it is only one torso in the world and as you can see the photo it is the real torso which was displayed.
it would be better for Bae Yong Joon fan to display it rather than keeping it at a warehouse.

the bidding starts from 1yen, please place your bid.
please ask if you have any question.

it was displayed at his photo exhibit in November 2004 at Roppongi Hills

contents:

Greetings, dear family,

Today, we have made an announcement regarding merger of our company, I would like to take this opportunity to send my greetings and to explain our current situation.

BOF international has started its business operation for less than a year.
While carrying our general entertainment operations, we have discussed and reviewed our strong points and weak points. As a result we have decided to merger with Degital Adventure Inc. by April 2009 to manage our operations in new framework.

We have worked with Digital Adventure on launch and management of our shopping site, "bofi" and also we have copperated on several occasions such as "Christmas with Family -although we may be far away in distance-" which is planned next month.
As we have developed trusting relationship, we have been able to determine our mutual direction to reach an agreement to merger.

Bae Yong Joon's Japan Official site will be provided and operated in same system and staff after the merger.
In future, we plan to strengthen and improve our framework so that you will be able to use the site comfortably.

We ask you for your continuing support for Bae Yong Joon and for our company.

[KOB]You Are My Everything /Kang Yo Hwan

You are my everything…
Can you hear me? My love to you,
You may not be aware of.
I have always been grateful for your smile,
and for watching and taking care of someone like me,
I love every part of you.
Keep this in mind,
Though we are far apart,
I am always with you.
This love can’t be expressed with words,
it’s something I treasure.
This beautiful encounter,
arranged by heaven.
Our love will last forever,
So please don’t worry.
When I am struggling,
Your smile comforts me and lets me get through the day.
Tears you have shed, times you have suffered,
I’ll protect you now.
This love, can’t be expressed with words.
It’s something I treasure,
This beautiful encounter,
arranged by heaven.
Our love will last forever,
So please don’t worry.
While it’s time to part, even if it hurts me,
My love will never die.
I will treasure, I’ll make love to you forever,
I will promise. The thing that keeps me going is
the precious memories we have made together.
When I’m in pain,
I can get over,
So please don’t worry.
The beautiful love,
Because our beautiful love has been arranged
by the heavens, our love will
will last forever…
You are my everything….

Written by Kang Yo Hwan

I'll make it love to you forever

I'll make it love to you forever

Pre-orders rushing to 'Yon-sama Lunch Box,' bringing you taste of Goguryeo period.
food column "GO! GO! JUNKIE no.219"

The lunch box costing 2500yen is selling well at convenience store.
It is lunch box jointly developed by traditional Korean restaurant 'Gosireh,' produced by Hallyu star, Bae Yong Joon and Seven-Eleven.

"Orders are pouring in by double the regular pace.
It is first time we are experiencing this."
(by Mr. Naoki Okada, chief merchandiser in charge of lunch box development)

This collaboration was an idea brought to us from an agent company.
The lunch box recommended by that famous Yon-sama is news worthy, but actually Mr. Okada was not so enthusiastic about it at first as “customers for high class restaurant and convenience stores are different.”

But his idea changed after he tasted Gosireh food.
“Korean food did not equal to roasted meat and kimcchi.
Traditional food had very sensitive taste which Japanese desired.”
He was thrilled, and immediately started joint project.

But first Japan-Korea joint development did not work out easy.
“Bae Yong Joon wishes to bring Korean traditional food to Japanese people.
We have to put our heart into it.”
(by Mr. Mung Ji-son of BOF International, managing company of Gosireh)

It meant that this is not simple convenience lunch box of ‘rice and side dish.’
The basic idea of bringing colorful food taken from Goguryeo period was decided but trial production proceeded with difficulties.

“We were confused of unfamiliar dishes.” says manager, Mr. Masahiro Tomono of Fuji Foods, development team.
What is Korean traditional food? we received lectures from number one, and we had practiced so many times at Gosireh’s kitchen.

“It was all worth difficult work.
Bae Yong Joon is very happy to know that we were able to provide Korean traditional taste through accessible convenience stores.” (Mr. Mung)

The lunch box completed with 16 dishes in all, some of them included traditional food which appeared in drama'TWSSG.'
‘medjyo’ original style of purukogi, or ‘jeon’ roots of tijimi (pan-fried dish with flour and egg)and other dishes including Yon-sama's favorites.

“We produced tasty lunch box, with graceful and delicate texture for Japanese elderly family(fans).” says Mr. Mung.

This is going to be a real treat for ‘family.’
